Rules

 

01: Your site must pertain exclusively to The Lord of the Rings male actors or characters.  No adding sites just because you mention Lord of the Rings on it. [You may have a site on the actor OR character. You can also apply for multiple characters. For example, if you have a page about Hobbits then you can apply for Elijah, Sean, Dom and Billy.]

02: Please make sure you display a code, somewhere *splash pages are preferred*, on your webpage.

03: Maintain your site. We're not saying have the best looking site or whatever, in fact we don't really care how good/bad it is, but update it as much as you can. It's just common courtesy to do that.

04: Fill out the form completely! 

05: Make sure you link back to the page at http://chemicalheart.sinfree.net/.
